个人简介

1982年10月生,2003年毕业于大连理工大学精细化工专业获学士学位;2008年毕业于中科院大连化物所生物化工专业获博士学位,期间于2004-2006年在复旦大学糖复合物卫生部重点实验室进行联合培养。毕业后留所工作至今,其间于2010-2011年在丹麦奥胡斯大学做访问学者。2011年任副研究员,2015年任研究员。现任天然产物及糖工程研究组组长,辽宁省碳水化合物研究重点实验室主任,大连市糖类农用制剂工程研究中心主任。

研究方向主要为糖工程及酶工程、糖生物学及植物免疫。在糖工程领域,致力于将天然碳水化合物资源转化为功能产品或能源产品,重点研究如何绿色高效的从多糖降解制备得到寡糖,并对此过程中重要的生物酶进行创制及机制研究。开发得到海藻酸钠裂解酶、葡聚糖酶等多种新型多糖降解酶,这些酶除应用于功能寡糖生产外,已与知名酶制剂公司合作开发产品,进入市场。通过酶法制备得到海藻酸钠寡糖等系列寡糖,通过和企业合作,开发生物农药、肥料多种获农药登记证等国家相关证书,在全国多地多种作物上实现了寡糖农用制剂大规模推广应用,产生较大社会与经济效益;相关产品已在东南亚一带一路国家及美国投入应用。在糖生物学领域,主要研究植物中糖基化修饰等基础糖生物学问题,解析植物体内重要单糖的合成途径并明确途径中关键酶的功能;研究外源寡糖在植物上调节植物免疫作用的功能、机制与应用,系统研究了寡糖激活植物免疫诱导植物抗病的作用机制。

累计主持国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、国家科技支撑计划、中科院STS等10余项课题。主编外文专著一部,参与编著中文著作三部,发表SCI论文60余篇,申请专利50余项。现为中科院青年创新促进会会员、全国农药标委会生物农药分委会委员、中国生物工程学会糖生物工程专委会委员、中国生化与分子生物学会糖复合物专委会委员。获得海洋科学技术奖一等奖、辽宁省科技进步二等奖、张树政糖科学优秀青年奖、大连市杰出青年科技人才、兴辽英才等科技奖励。
